EVENTS OF THE DAY

BEFORE GOLF

• Arrive at the Highlands Golf Course between 7:15 and 7:30. Pay green fees in the Pro Shop.

• Get your cart, load and find your team.  You can decide who rides with whom.  Kidd Clan starts on Holes 1-4, MacCollom Clan starts on Holes 5-10,  Buchanan Clan starts on Holes 10-14 and McGregor Clan starts on Holes 15-18. 

• You Clan Leader will collect your $20 lunch fee before golf.  You will also get a nametag to wear.

GOLF

• • 4-person Step-aside scramble.  If you are a 3some, you can rotate the 4th shot (or don't have to if you already have a good shot to choose from).

  • Double Bogey MAX, if you aren't in for a double bogey, pick up your ball, record as a double bogey and move on.   3 putt MAX.  If you all putted twice and aren't in, pick up with a 3 putt and move on.

  • There are CTP contests on holes 5 & 11.  One for Guests and one for Members.

  • One more fun hole you will learn about when you get there.

  • 1 person enters the team score in Golf Genius.  Turn your scorecard in at the table as you enter the lunch at Highlands Church.

  • The winner is determined by Clan vs Clan.  Prizes awarded to the winning Clan.

LUNCH

• Highlands Church on Glasgow Road.  Turn left out of the Highlands Parking lot.  The church is on the right about 2 minutes away.

• Buy your raffle tickets, donate to the Bella Vista Courtesy Van, or pick up a Membership Application.

• Take a look at the gifts. Put half of your raffle tickets in the container with the gift(s) you want to win.

• Seats are assigned by Clan, look on the round tables for your Clan and name.

• Papa Mike is catering

• Raffle after lunch.
