Welcome to Pre-Season Golf for 2026! Play 9 Holes - Mondays in March.

2026 Schedule

March 2 - Berksdale, Shotgun at 10 am

March 9 - Berksdale, Shotgun at 10 am

March 16 - Brittany, Tee Times starting about 10 am

March 23 - Berksdale, Tee Times starting about 10 am

March 30 - Berksdale, Tee Times starting at noon - after the Spring Brunch

Preseason Golf is your chance to brush up your golf skills, and reacquaint with friends. If you're new - meet the members of our club or just have fun.

You do not need to be a member of the 9 Hole Women's club to play.
We play 9 holes at Berksdale or Brittany, or each Monday in March. You can play from any tee box or if you want to practice your short game, hit from 50, 75 or 100 yds.
There are no special games and you keep your own score. The Bistro is open before and/or after golf so we can socialize.
You're welcome if you are a new golfer, or golfed for years. All skill levels have a home here.
To play, just fill out the Sign-up form. If you need to cancel or change your registration, just fill out the form, mark 'CANCEL' and SUBMIT. Fill out one form for each week.
Why do we play only at Berksdale & Brittany? We only play a few weeks during the winter season. Playing at Berksdale and Brittany makes scheduling possible when competing with the other winter groups. Berskdale is a great course to practice. Generally flat with a variety of hole lengths. Brittany is good to practice your short game. In the regular season BV9WGA plays at all of the courses.

Sign-up form

Fill in your name, email, and play date. Remember to click SUBMIT. Fill out a form for each date your want to play.
It helps if you fill out all dates you intend to play and cancel later if needed.
After you submit, scroll up. Then, Click to VERIFY SIGN UP.

Weekly timeline:

Sign up by Thursday evening by 5:00 pm - this sets the # of tee times. (earlier is better)
Pairings will be published Saturday noon. An email will be sent to those registered for the day.
Pairings revisions published Sunday by 10:00 am

Exceptions:

Still want to play golf and didn't sign up? Go ahead and enter your info into the form until Sunday 9:00 am. We will try to work you in.

If you need to cancel: Use the form until Sunday morning at 9:00 am. Add your information, the date in question and add a note. After Sunday Morning, text Susan 630-217-8214 or email susanvnuttall@gmail.com.

Other bits:

Arrive about 30 minutes before your tee time.
Each person pays for their own golf fees.
Play your own ball. Use BV9WGA rules based on 2025 rule book.
Post your own scores. We will not be compiling results.
The first person listed is the captain for the day. Contact your team and remind them of the tee time & course. If you have a new person in your group, please introduce them around.
